Business Development Manager

The main focuses of the Business Development Manager role are mainly pre-bid including, but not limited to, prospecting customers and projects, identifying and developing new markets, coordinating marketing efforts, managing leads and bid requests, managing bid documents and drawings, customer management efforts, creating customer management reports, working with estimating to produce sales and estimating reports, some closing of sales, and other sales related activities.

Estimating Manager

The main focuses of the estimating manager role are the overseeing and management of the estimating department. This includes creating estimating standards, managing the individual estimators, developing, and managing the INNERGY Product Library, and assisting in closing sales.

Estimator

The main focuses of the estimator role are creating complete and accurate cost estimates, creating proposals, following up and closing the sale of the proposals, and completing ongoing project change orders as directed by the Project Manager.

Millwork Drafter

The main focuses of an Architectural Millwork Drafter are interpreting architectural plans, blueprints, sketches, and/or other drawings in order to produce detailed shop drawings for custom millwork and casework. Shop drawings will include necessary manufacturing standards while meeting necessary design intent.

Millwork Engineer

The main focuses of an Architectural Millwork Engineer are taking finalized millwork shop drawings, and creating manufacturing documents and programs for production. These include CNC & Saw programs, “as built drawings,” 3d renderings, detailed instructions, paneling lay outs, veneer matching layouts, construction jigs, and any other items that aid manufacturing of custom architectural woodwork.

A Journeyman Shop Carpenter specializes in creating custom commercial woodwork, including casework, countertops, solid surface fabrication, custom assemblies, and possibly finishing. They are skilled craftsmen who follow detailed instructions from shop drawings and the production supervisor to efficiently manufacture the product.
